The minimum radius for pole dancing depends on the size of your body. We all have different length of arms and legs. The best way to decide what is best for you is to put a chair about where you want the pole to be. Hold on to the back of the chair with your right hand and then hold your left arm straight out to the side. You should be standing with both arms extended out as far as they can reach while holding onto the chair with your right hand. Then, walk around the chair in a circle without letting go of the back of the chair. Your fingertips of your left hand shouldn’t touch anything in the room. The circle that you make when you walk is the “approximate” area you would need to dance in for your body type.

Well, OK, so maybe your kid's not old enough yet for dolls meant for the "16- to 20-year-old girls who still play with dolls" demographic. And to be fair, while having these dolls as her role models might make back-to-school clothes shopping for your daughter a battle, the dolls are themselves adults. It's not like they're telling your little girl that at her age she needs to dress like she's in the background of a rap video.

Marion here! I am so pleased to report that thus far things have been great. My whole family loves the pole. My place is small, it’s right smack dab in between the living and dining areas. Every uses it as a fitness tool. When the kids are sound asleep or at Nana’s I practice the sexy.. otherwise I just exercise. the stretches you can do with a vertical pole are amazing.
Asking yourself whether you want pole dancing to be a job or a hobby is the first question that should come to mind when considering the career path of being a pole dance instructor. Choosing it as a profession carries a great responsibility that you should be prepared to handle. Nevertheless, the benefits of becoming a pole dance instructor are so immense that you won’t regret going with this career path.
I love my quality pole! I’ve had mine for about 6months now. It’s easy to install(and usually I am horrible about putting things together myself lol) it’s super durable and doesn’t slide out of place. Although I still check just for safety precautions. The only thing that I wish was a little different is the bottom part that attaches to the floor I wish was a little bit smaller. Other than that great pole for the price!
I’ve always been in love with watching the grace and strength of pole dancing since I was a teenager and finally decided to try it for myself. I did countless hours of research on poles before buying this one and I’m glad I did! This pole is amazing! This pole combined with the Home Pole Dancing Lessons for Everyday Women videos, I’m already see progress in my arm and leg strength! Thank you Danna!

Hi! I’ve been searching for Pole kit and there is so many out there to choose from, It make it hard for me to choose which one is the right one for me! I’m 5’3 tall, my weight is 210 something around there, under 220! Is there any pole you recommend me?. I saw some reviews on YouTube about this website and I heard good stuff about these poles, but what I did not heard was about the weight these poles can actually take sense all the ladies that made the review video were skinny and good body shape.
