Dana is truly AMAZING! I’m new to pole dancing and this pole is AWESOME compared to the others that I’ve seen! My boyfriend ordered one for me and upon arrival I found that I had a few defective pieces, but Dana and her team were SOOOO HELPFUL and sent me new pieces right away! I am now in love with my new pole! Thanks again for helping me and for having such an awesome product! Will recommend to ALL of my friends that are looking for a pole! Keep up the awesome work! ✨💕
This pole is a great buy- perfectly sufficient for home use, very easy to set up. Very well made, incredibly sturdy leaves me with no concerns about injury or damage to my ceiling. Danna has excellent tutorials , especially for someone who is older and has no experience. I highly recommend buying this pole from her, you absolutely cannot go wrong. Pole dancing is hard work and it can be an absolutely beautiful to perform and watch. It’s hard work, but it so much fun!
Oh, hey, you know what would be great for drowning out all those sudden, uneasy questions about why thongs are being marketed to extremely underage girls? A visit to the cute little kiddie vending machines next to the door on the mad dash out of the mall! Those machines are just filled with innocent little things you can buy your child, like colorful gumballs, unicorn stickers and those sticky, gummy hands that eventually wind up covered in lint.
WOW this pole is the bomb.com!!! I was a little skeptical at first about purchasing the no brand pole because, I only heard people talk about the xpole products. However, I decided to give the no brand pole a try and my gosh this pole exceeds my expectation! It was very easy to install and it’s very sturdy. I feel very confident when practicing the moves. I am new to pole dancing and I must say that the beginners lessons are very helpful! If you can’t afford a xpole.. the no brand pole will NOT disappoint you with it’s quality! Thank you Danna! :-)
Many women who use a dance pole for a home workout prefer to call their pole a “fitness pole” or a home “pole dancing pole” because they don’t want people to mistake their intentions. Nobody wants to be called a stripper if they aren’t one and they really don’t want to call their fitness pole a stripper pole, that’s when a more professional and softer description came about regarding pole dancing poles.

The minimum radius for pole dancing depends on the size of your body. We all have different length of arms and legs. The best way to decide what is best for you is to put a chair about where you want the pole to be. Hold on to the back of the chair with your right hand and then hold your left arm straight out to the side. You should be standing with both arms extended out as far as they can reach while holding onto the chair with your right hand. Then, walk around the chair in a circle without letting go of the back of the chair. Your fingertips of your left hand shouldn’t touch anything in the room. The circle that you make when you walk is the “approximate” area you would need to dance in for your body type.
